Madison Bertran is a third year undergraduate student at California State University Dominguez Hills, majoring in psychology and a member of Psi Chi, a psychology specific honor society. She is currently working in the field of applied behavior analysis as a behavior technician. With plans in applying to graduate school, she will become a licensed clinical therapist able to practice cognitive behavioral therapy. Her research interests include the role that trauma has on the mental health of all populations with emphasis on children and teens, and how parenting styles affect the way adolescents feel and process emotions. Madison’s outside interests include collecting vinyls and the music/culture/fashion of the 1960s-1990s.
